Erin and Ben were married, outside, during a torrential storm. This is fairly unusual for western Oregon in early September and they hadn’t made a backup plan. Needless to say, the ceremony was short and sweet and our planned sunset pictures were no longer possible. Since they were local, and it was a Sunday wedding, I agreed to cut my time short on the wedding day, leaving as soon as the cake had been cut, and come back the next evening. The light was much better then, and Erin’s dress had already gotten quite dirty, so these photos (taken at Erin’s parents’ house in Cottage Grove) were easy and fun.
