The advent of Pinterest and other such sites have really fueled wedding photographers’ creativity. I cannot tell you how many times a bride has emailed me a long list of images she’d like to replicate; images she (or a bridesmaid) found on Pinterest. Quite a number of such requests are impossible to honor (since most such ‘found’ images were made at different venues, with a different dress, in a different season, etc), but this one was easy. The bride liked the idea so much she had her dad build this prop and I used it in a lot of ways, always creating fun moments.
